One of the worst things of procrastination is the vague feeling it gives you. At the back of your mind you know there's a ton of things that needs to be done, but you just can't put your finger on all of them. This makes you even more adverse to starting on doing them. Vagueness is also the cause of panic and fear of knowing you haven't been doing anything and you don't know how to go on from there because there's just too much to be done. It's never too much. Don't let the fear and panic get to you. Face it. Plan it. Take the consequences seriously and just start doing it.
